Inside Story Investigation: Who's Keeping Spyware Use in Greece in the Dark-And Why
Nearly three years after Greece passed a law aimed at introducing transparency around the use of spyware by state authorities, critical parts of that legislation remain inactive. A new investigation by Inside Story reveals that, despite promises of oversight and accountability, the Greek government has yet to implement key measures required by Law 5002/2022.
