The European Commission has released a positive assessment of Greece's sixth payment request of €2.44 billion under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF), the core component of NextGenerationEU. The EC said Greece has completed 32 milestones and 7 targets set out in the Council Implementing Decision for this installment. The Commission stated the reforms and investments tied to the RRF tranche will result in tangible benefits for citizens and businesses in healthcare, education, public administration, and taxation.
