Hislop on British Museum: They haven't read the facts about the Parthenon Sculptures - They're not open-minded
Reknown author Victoria Hislop appeared to oppose the British Museum's stance on the possible return of the Parthenon Marbles to Greece. "I am very angry when I think not only that Elgin stole the Marbles, but that in Britain the museum does not believe that this is how it happened. They are still very far behind and that is why I am even more angry. They believe that they have bought the Marbles, not illegally but legally but they have not read the facts and this is incredible that the people at the top of a huge museum are not open-minded.
