According to information, the victim was shot five times while going to receive his children from his ex-wife. The Polish professor came to Greece from New Jersey, USA, because he had a court hearing last Thursday with his Greek ex-wife, regarding the modification of the professor's communication terms with his twin children, while their mother has sole custody. This court hearing took place as the 43-year-old saw his children once a year, of which he could have them for a month at a time. This month he would have them either in America or in Poland, his country of origin.
