A 38-year-old Turkish businessman was arrested on his luxury yacht in Mykonos, following a complaint from his wife. Greek Coast Guard officers boarded the boat that was moving in the area and handcuffed him after his 42-year-old wife reported him for beating her. During his arrest, authorities discovered that he was wanted as a fugitive by Turkish authorities, as an International Red Notice has been issued against him since February 2025. The businessman in question had been sentenced by a court in Izmir to 15 years in prison for the crimes of robbery and slander.
