Police have arrested a 25-year-old woman in western Greece, charging her with the serial homicide of three infants-including her own two children-and the attempted murder of the child of an adult friend, authorities said Tuesday. The woman, identified as Eirini Mourtzoukou, was arrested on Monday in the city of Amaliada following a lengthy investigation that has drawn national attention.
