Woman in Thessaloniki killed placing makeshift bomb
Authorities are intensifying their search for a man who rented an Airbnb apartment in the Ladadika district of Thessaloniki, the location of a recent fatal explosion that killed a 38-year-old woman believed to be transporting the bomb. Police have yet to locate the renter, who is listed as homeless and reportedly receives support from a municipal social welfare program. Investigators suspect the man, identified as a drug user with a history of minor offenses, of renting the apartment on behalf of others, possibly connected to the deceased woman.
