The President of the Republic, who is accompanied by Director of the Press Office of the President, Victoras Papadopoulos, and Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Office of the President President of the Republic, Nikos Christodoulides, is paying a working visit, to Croatia, in view of the assumption of the Presidency of the Council of the EU by the Republic of Cyprus in the first half of next year. A press release by the Presidency says that on Tuesday morning, the President of the Republic will have a meeting, at the Presidential Palace, with his Croatian counterpart Zoran Milanovic. Later on, he will sign the Guest Book at the Croatian Prime Ministers' Office, and hold a tete a tete meeting with Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic followed by extensive talks between the delegations of the two countries and statements to the press.
